What do I need to prepare before my appointment?
Please ensure the following checklist is met:
● Valid ID: The person signing must have a proper and valid (unexpired) government-issued ID.
● Presence: The person signing must be physically present.
● Competence: All persons must be mentally competent to sign.
● Do Not Sign Yet: Documents cannot be signed beforehand; they must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Yes. We are a mobile-only service, and travel fees are applicable.
● Travel fees are charged separately from notary fees. Notary fees are regulated by Texas law.
● Note on Location: Online maps (Google, etc.) may show us close to your address, but this does not necessarily reflect the notary's actual location at that time.
● Pricing: Travel fees in the Denton County area start at $50.00.
